Garuda Security Services as one of the security services established in 1989 with a view to provide re-employment to retired Defence service personnel and police personnel, under the able leadership of Lt.Col.Ramesh Datar.He is also a First class qualified instructor in Civil Defence, from National Defence College, Nagpur.
